Colin Tenwick brings extensive experience as a technology-focused Chair in private equity-backed businesses. He has supported international expansion strategies, complex M&A trajectories and value creation in SaaS and education-focused organizations. His background includes leadership roles across the education sector and major technology transactions in the Benelux market.
Fredrik Nylander contributes deep operational SaaS expertise from executive roles at Workday, Microsoft, SAP and Oracle. His experience in embedding AI-driven innovation and building data-led commercial strategies will support Paragin Group’s continued product and go-to-market evolution.
Together, they add significant expertise in internationalization, SaaS scaling, and strategic acquisitions within the education vertical.
