What is personal data?
Personal data is any information that can be traced back to an individual. Examples include your name, address, and personal email address.
Collection and processing of personal data
Paragin Group processes your personal data as part of the recruitment and selection process. This is done to assess whether you have the qualifications and experience required for one of our open positions. The processing of this data is based on our legitimate interest in selecting suitable candidates.
Your name, address, contact details, résumé, and cover letter or video presentation are shared with HR staff and the management of the relevant department. We do not share your data with third parties unless we are legally required to do so.
We retain your personal data for up to 30 days after the vacancy closing date. If we wish to retain your data for a longer period, for example to contact you about future job opportunities, we will request your explicit consent.
If your application results in employment, your personal data will be included in your personnel file and retained in accordance with applicable legal retention periods.
Rights of applicants
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may also object to the processing of your data or request a restriction of processing. To exercise these rights, please contact us at hr@paragin.com.
Complaints
If you disagree with how Paragin Group processes your personal data and we are unable to resolve the issue together, you may file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
